Coaching Career Highlights:
- Coached Ons Jabeur to a career-high ranking of World No. 2 in 2022, where Jabeur won two titles at Madrid (d. Pegula) and Berlin (d. Bencic) and made her first WTA Finals appearance.
- Under Jellali’s guidance, Jabeur became the first Arab or African woman to reach a singles slam final at Wimbledon (l. Rybakina). Jellali also coached Jabeur to the final of the US Open (l. Swiatek) in 2022.
- In 2021, Jabeur won her first WTA title at Birmingham (d. Kasatkina), making her the first Arab woman to win a singles titles on the WTA Tour. She also reached the quarterfinals of Wimbledon in 2021 for the first time.
- 2021 saw Jabeur reach two more finals at Charleston 250 and Chicago 500.
