Shnaider powers past Frech in Dubai first round
No. 11 seed Diana Shnaider improved to 2-1 overall against Magdalena Frech with a straight-sets win in the Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championships first round -- the first of their three meetings not to go to three sets.
