Li outlasts Polina Kudermetova in two-day Merida semifinal
Ann Li moved into her third career WTA singles final with a 6-3, 4-6, 6-2 win over Polina Kudermetova at the Merida Open Akron. The match was postponed overnight due to rain at 2-1 in the third set; Li won four of the remaining five games once play resumed on Sunday.
