Zakharova reaches first WTA quarterfinal, extends win streak to 12 matches
Anastasia Zakharova upset No.7 seed Varvara Gracheva for the loss of just four games at the Hong Kong Tennis Open to reach the first tour-level quarterfinal of her career. The result was the 22-year-old's 12th straight match win following title runs at the Cherbourg-en-Cotentin ITF W50 and Les Franqueses del Valles ITF W100.
