Lucky loser Clara Tauson defeated wild card Nao Hibino in straight sets in the Toray Pan Pacific Open Tennis 2024 first round -- her second win over Hibino in the space of a month following their Hong Kong WTA 125 quarterfinal meeting. Tauson now leads the overall head-to-head 2-1.
