22-year-old American qualifier Hailey Baptiste earned the first Top 10 win of her career by upsetting reigning Wimbledon champion Barbora Krejcikova 6-3, 7-5 in the second round of the Dongfeng Voyah · Wuhan Open on Wednesday. Baptiste was down a break in each set and saved four set points at 5-3 in the second set.
