Rakhimova avenges qualifying loss to defeat Birrell in Beijing first round

Having lost to Kimberly Birrell in a third-set tiebreak in the final round of China Open qualifying, Kamilla Rakhimova entered the main draw as a lucky loser -- and defeated Birrell in straight sets in the first round.
