An all-American first round at the Cincinnati Open saw qualifier Taylor Townsend save two match points in the third-set tiebreak to defeat wild card Caroline Dolehide. Townsend, who had led 5-2 in the third set, sealed her fourth match point and improved to 4-0 against Dolehide overall.
