Kasatkina escapes Paolini, makes second straight Eastbourne final
No.6 seed Daria Kasatkina came from a break down in the decider to defeat No.3 seed Jasmine Paolini in the Rothesay International semifinals, advancing to her second consecutive Eastbourne final. Kasatkina moved into her 16th career WTA final, fourth of 2024 and third on grass; she levelled her head-to-head against Paolini at three wins apiece.
