18-year-old Czech left-hander Sara Bejlek ousted No.24 seed Anna Kalinskaya 6-1, 6-4 in the second round of the Mutua Madrid Open, posting her first win over a Top 25 player. World No.136 Bejlek notched the first two tour-level wins of her career in this week's main draw.
