Stephens outlasts Trevisan in over three hours for sixth straight win

Rouen champion Sloane Stephens extended her winning streak to six with a gruelling 3-hour, 16-minute victory over Martina Trevisan in the first round of the Mutua Madrid Open. Stephens held her first two match points at 5-3 in the second set.
