Barbora Strycova, 37, scored her first tour win since Roland Garros 2020 in three sets over Maryna Zanevska in the first round of the Internazionali BNL d'Italia. It was the Czech's first Top 100 victory since defeating Veronika Kudermetova at Rome 2020.
