Toronto: Tomljanovic battles past Kudermetova in 3rd-set tiebreak
Ajla Tomljanovic scored her third Top 20 win of 2022 after defeating Veronika Kudermetova in a third-set tiebreak in the first round of the National Bank Open. Tomljanovic had lost both of her previous meetings with Kudermetova.
