Birmingham: Giorgi snaps 4-match losing streak vs. Davis
In the second round of the Rothesay Classic, No.3 seed Camila Giorgi snapped a four-match losing streak against Lauren Davis dating back to 2012 to defeat the American for the second time in six meetings. The result put Giorgi into her first quarterfinal of 2022.
