Miami: Rogers upsets Ostapenko in second straight tournament
Shelby Rogers backed up her upset of Jelena Ostapenko in the second round of Indian Wells by defeating the Latvian at the same stage of the Miami Open, saving two set points in the second set. Prior to this pair of results, Rogers had lost all three of their encounters.
