Team nominations have been announced for the 2023 Billie Jean King Cup qualifiers, which will take place on April 14-15. Eighteen nations will compete to secure their country's place at the Billie Jean King Cup Finals at the end of the season.
World No.1 Iga Swiatek and Australian Open semifinalist Magda Linette will lead a strong Polish side against Elena Rybakina's Kazakhstan squad, while Jessica Pegula and Coco Gauff spearhead Team USA's home tie against Austria.
The nine winning nations from the Qualifiers will join 2022 champions Switzerland and 2022 runners-up Australia at the Finals on Nov. 7-12. The 12th nation competing at the Finals will be announced once the host is confirmed.
