Tennis clothing companies always manage to impress us at Wimbledon, despite being restricted by the all-white clothing rule. Playing with textures, fabrics, cuts, and accents, leaders in the sports fashion industry once again created a plethora of outstanding outfits, whether they are full of design details or nurture clean and crisp style.

Marija Zivlak of Women’s Tennis Blog will show us the best looks that grace the courts of Wimbledon 2018.

Nike’s Maria Sharapova is on the more extravagant side with her Nike Fall Maria London Dress which features pleated racerback coordinated with a half-pleated skirt.

The sunburst pleats add movement and flair to the body-hugging fit designed to the Russian’s exact specifications. The cutout back panel works together with Dri-FIT technology to keep Sharapova dry and comfortable.

Simona Halep, Sloane Stephens and many other top players opted for no-frills whites with stylish gold Swoosh accent.

The high neck, slight racerback and seamless construction of the Nike Fall Slam Tank make a sleek look that is perfectly matched with a classic all-around pleated skirt.

The top boasts engineered knit material, while the skirt introduces an even lighter weight woven fabric design that allows players to move freely.

Serena Williams stands out with a long-sleeved Nike dress featuring a flirty skirt that often exposes the American’s plain white shorts. The long sleeves recall her famous US Open compression sleeves and, just like in other Nike pieces at this year’s Wimbledon, the high-neck design makes the chest area completely covered.

Even though Lacoste announced that Dominika Cibulkova would wear their new separates at Wimbledon, the Slovak showed up in the company’s Spring Dress.

Short, slim-fitted dresses always bring out the best in Cibulkova’s physique, while mesh ventilation inserts at the front and back add texture to this simple look. Cibulkova has sported this design for months, but the white version of the dress stands out as a fashion favorite.

Arising from a surprising cooperation between adidas and London-based skate brand Palace, we got this clean look of Anett Kontaveit’s adidas Seasonal Dress.

The capsule collection brings the vibes of the past in a modern package and no outfit shows it better than the Estonian’s romper-like look. Regular fit, short sleeves, subtle contrast at shoulders, side pockets, elastic at the waistband and hidden button-up closure are all elements that make this polo dress stand out from the competition.

Caroline Wozniacki’s adidas Fall Stella McCartney Dress is a busy all-white design, featuring snakeskin insets and figure-flattering laser cutouts that enhance the body-hugging silhouette. A slight racerback and high neck aline well with what seems to be the trend this grass-court season.
