On the money: Navratilova appears on new Czech coin

Martina Navratilova is set to be honored with a commemorative coin produced by the Czech Mint in 2018.
The 18-time Grand Slam winner was born in Prague and competed for the then-Czechoslovakia before becoming a U.S. citizen in 1975.
She returned to her birth city for the unveiling of the coin models alongside Jan Kodes, a three-time Slam singles champion in the men's game.

"One can perhaps dream of being on a postage stamp, but being on a coin is truly special," Navratilova said.
The Mint will produce a limited run of 200 golden coins and 500 made of silver.
