Married to his wife, Evangelina, and has two sons, Rafael and Joaquin. Played collegiate tennis at the University of Mobile and at Arizona State University, where he obtained a business degree. Hobbies include playing soccer, listening to music, learning languages and gastronomy. Speaks Spanish and English.
