Junior No.2 Sonobe, 17, upsets Yuan in Abu Dhabi on WTA debut
Japanese qualifier Wakana Sonobe, 17, came from 3-0 down in the second set to upset Yuan Yue in the Mubadala Abu Dhabi Open first round on her WTA main-draw debut. The result was Australian Open junior champion Sonobe's second Top 100 win of the week.
