Pridankina garners first tour-level win in Jiujiang opening round
19-year-old Elena Pridankina earned the first WTA main-draw victory of her career with a 6-3, 7-6(6) win over Ella Seidel in the first round of the Jiangxi Open on Monday. Pridankina, ranked a career-high No.179, saved three set points in the second set.
