No.8 seed Elisabetta Cocciaretto faced two points to trail lucky loser Jessika Ponchet 5-1 in the third set of their Kinoshita Group Japan Open first round, but stormed back -- saving one match point down 5-4 -- to win in a third-set tiebreak.
