Pegula battles past Kudermetova into Beijing Round of 16
No.2 seed Jessica Pegula notched her 17th win in her last 19 matches with a 6-7(9), 6-1, 6-2 victory over No.32 seed Veronika Kudermetova at the China Open on Sunday. It was also Pegula's first win over Kudermetova in three attempts.
