Jaqueline Cristian notched a massive milestone at the China Open on Saturday, earning her first career Top 10 win by saving four match points in a 1-6, 6-4, 7-5 victory over reigning Wimbledon champion Barbora Krejcikova. Cristian had been 0-6 against Top 10 players before her Beijing upset.
