Qualifier Yuliia Starodubtseva reached her first WTA quarterfinal after coming through a nine-deuce final game -- saving six break points and converting her fourth match point -- at the Jasmin Open to upset No.3 seed Diane Parry. The result was Starodubtseva's first Top 60 win.
