Avanesyan upsets Ostapenko in Cincinnati to notch sixth career Top 20 win
Lucky loser Elina Avanesyan came from a set down to defeat No.8 seed Jelena Ostapenko in the second round of the Cincinnati Open. The result levelled their head-to-head at one win apiece, and was Avanesyan's sixth win in nine career meetings with Top 20 players.
