Gauff saves four set points vs. Kudermetova to make Beijing quarters
In the third round of the China Open, No.3 seed Coco Gauff ended No.16 Veronika Kudermetova's six-match winning streak to extend her own to 15 consecutive victories. Gauff saved four set points in the first set and improved to 2-1 against Kudermetova, with all their encounters coming in 2023.
