Sorana Cirstea saved two match points to upset No.11 seed Beatriz Haddad Maia in the first round of the Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championships -- the Romanian's first Top 20 win since last August and at 3 hours and 29 minutes, the longest tour-level match of 2023 so far.
