Hua Hin: Zakharova notches first WTA win at eighth attempt
Anastasia Zakharova scored the first tour-level victory of her career at the Thailand Open presented by E@, coming from 6-3, 5-3 down against Anna Karolina Schmiedlova. Zakharova, 21, had previously lost all seven of her WTA main draw matches.
