No.102-ranked Wang Xiyu upset No.1 seed Barbora Krejcikova in the first round of the Hungarian Grand Prix, coming from 5-3 down in the second set to seal the second Top 20 win of her career. Previously, Wang defeated Petra Martic at Hua Hin 2020.
