Bogota: Maria defeats Carle for first WTA main draw win since 2020
Former World No.46 Tatjana Maria claimed her first WTA main draw win since returning from her second maternity leave in the first round of the Copa Colsanitas, defeating fellow qualifier and WTA debutante Maria Lourdes Carle in straight sets.
