Some of the biggest names in Russian tennis were visited by starry friends for a weekend of fun and celebration in beautiful St. Petersburg, Russia.

2008 Olympic champion Elena Dementieva teamed up with ice hockey star Alexei Yashin, former captain of the Ottawa Senators and New York Islanders in the NHL, at the Formula TX Open, a pro-am.

New Australian Open champion Caroline Wozniacki posed with other participants at the pro-am, who included Kim Clijsters, Martina Hingis, Iva Majoli, Elena Vesnina and Dominika Cibulkova – along with Dementieva’s hockey star husband Maxim Afinogenov.

The next day, Grand Slam winners Majoli and Clijsters paired up for a legends exhibition in the Sibur Arena, representing Team World.

Dementieva and Myskina, who played the first all-Russian Grand Slam final at 2004 Roland Garros, comprised Team Russia.
