INDIAN WELLS, CA, USA - How do you define success? That was one of the many questions posed to doubles World No.1 Katerina Siniakova as she took part in a Q&A session at the BNP Paribas Open.

Hosted by WTA Charities, WTA Coaches Program and Harper for Kids, children from across area schools took part in a special meet and greet with Siniakova as well as her coach, Iain Hughes - a Gold-level coach. Together they fielded questions from over 350 kids as they talked to the students about leadership and success - what it means and how to achieve it.

After the chat, Siniakova and Hughes invited the kids to watch her practice session to see those skills in action and how she displays her hard work on the court.

Founded by WTA alumna player Peanut Louie Harper, Harper for Kids’ mission is to teach children important life skills that will empower them to achieve their personal best in life.

Since founding the organization in 2008, Harper for Kids has reached 68,000 students in 130 schools. Today’s event featured students from the leadership programs from John Glenn and Desert Ridge Elementary Schools.
