Many people and players, carry around sets of untruths, or irrational beliefs about themselves or the world. These are things that don’t hold true upon closer analysis. Ask yourself: ¥ Is this true?
- Is it always true or true just some of the time?
- How do I know it is true? (Facts)
- Will thinking this help or not help me reach my goals?
- What would I advise a friend to do in this situation?

What do YOU want to achieve? Set clear goals with action plans on how you will reach them.
SEEK SUPPORTIVE PEOPLE: Surround yourself with positive, respectful and supportive people. Helpful support people have YOUR best interests in mind. Make sure they are not just “yes” people who tell you what you want to hear.
SET HEALTHY BOUNDARIES: Establish your personal values. What things in life are important to you? Be clear on what things you will allow and what things are unacceptable or against your values. Seek help if you struggle with any of these areas. These skills can be learned.
