The Polish No.2 had a career week in Nanchang, as she reached her first WTA semifinal in over a year as the No.3 seed at the Jinagxi Open.
In the third game of her semifinal match against No.2 seed Wang, she got the better of a protracted rally which began at the baseline, and ended as she smartly lofted a backhand lob over Wang's head after drawing the Chinese player into net with a deft backhand dropshot.
