Wang Qiang was another first-time champion on tour this year in the month of July, as she triumphed on home soil to win the Jiangxi Open in Nanchang.
Now, she's another first-time champion, as she earned your votes as the WTA's Breakthrough of the Month.
The No.2 seed in Nanchang, Wang dropped just one set en route to her first WTA title, winning as compatriot Zheng Saisai retired in the final.

"I am really happy to win the match. My fans are great motivation for me to keep fighting. I just calmed down and enjoyed the match," she said. "I always believe that practice makes perfect."
The 26-year-old Chinesewoman edged another debutant in the poll voting, as she finished ahead of 17-year-old Serbian Olga Danilovic, who won her first title at the Moscow River Cup as a lucky loser.
