Former World No.1 Victoria Azarenka continues her rise back up the rankings on her return from maternity leave.
The Belarusian was forced to retire from the quarterfinals at the Mubadala Silicon Valley Classic but then made a bright start at the Rogers Cup, beating Kristina Mladenovic in straight sets, 6-0, 6-1.
The 29-year-old is now at World No.87, rising eight places since last week.

Aryna Sabalenka (+5, No.39 to No.34): The 20-year-old impressed in Montreal, beating second seed Caroline Wozniacki 5-7, 6-2, 7-6(4) in the Round of 32.
Johanna Konta (+4, No.43 to No.39): The British No.1 is returning to form, following up her impressive win over Serena Williams with a good couple of results in Montreal, beating eleventh seed Jelena Ostapenko as well as Azarenka.

Monica Niculescu (+7, No.69 to No.62): The Romanian worked her way through qualification in Montreal to make it to the Round of 32, where she fell to compatriot Sorana Cirstea, 3-6, 6-4, 6-4.
Madison Brengle (+15, No.120 to No.105): The American won the Koser Jewelers Tennis Challenge when opponent Kristie Ahn retired from the final. She had put together a great run over the course of the week, dropping only one set - in the first round against Arina Rodionova.
Katie Boulter (+8, No.114 to No.106): The 22-year-old has enjoyed good form lately, beating fifth seed Aleksandra Krunic in Washington and battling through qualification in Montreal for a first-round clash with Lesia Tsurenko.
