Noskova saves two match points, survives Todoni in Nottingham opener

No. 7 seed Linda Noskova had to save two match points in the third-set tiebreak to defeat lucky loser Anca Todoni in the Lexus Nottingham Open first round. Noskova improved to 2-0 overall against Todoni.
