Ekaterina Alexandrova is closing in on her career-high ranking after leaping up to WTA World No.71 after her victory in Limoges on Sunday.
The Russians best ranking to date is 69, but after beating Evgeniya Rodina, 6-2, 6-2, she has lept up 22 places and is within striking distance of that mark.
Rodina also made a healthy jump into the Top 100 by reaching the final of the indoor event, climbing from WTA World No.88 up to 74.

Zheng Saisai (+5, No.46 to No.41): Made a run to the final of an ITF event in Shenzhen, where she was beaten by Ivana Jorovic.
Margarita Gasparyan (+13, No.105 to No.92): Endured a disappointing end to her week as she was forced to retire in the semifinal of Limoges when 0-3 down in the first set against Rodina.
Heather Watson (+3, No.101 to No.98): Takes over as British No.2 from Katie Boulter and is back in the Top 100 after reaching the second round of an ITF event in Las Vegas.
Vera Zvonareva (+11, No.123 to No.112): The former WTA World No.2 has received a ranking boost after reaching the semifinals in Limoges.
Misaki Doi (+16, No.139 to No.123): Beat Luksika Kumkhum en route to reaching the semifinals in Shenzhen.
Nicole Gibbs (+20, No.147 to No.127): Reached the final in Las Vegas, where she lost to Belinda Bencic.
Ivana Jorovic (+50, No.185 to No.135): Came through three matches that went all the way to the deciding set as she won the Shenzhen title.
Timea Bacsinszky (+47, No.241 to No.194): The former WTA World No.9 stunned top seed Alizé Cornet in the Limoges first round.
